Hi guys,
I just want to update you on the FCC docket 07-51. Docket 07-51 is right now in circulation in the FCC http://www.fcc.gov/fcc-bin/circ_items.cgi. This means that the commission is planning to act on 07-51. The docket is reflecting an increase in comments form big lobbyists like Verizon. I'm sure they will be more to come. This is what we wanted--RIGTH!! action from the FCC. This is the first step for a decision we need to step up the writing campaign and get more comments into the docket 07-51.

Please please spread the word to all the people that are interested to file comments go to http://fjallfoss.fcc.gov/ecfs/upload/display?z=wkvpy  On Proceeding Number enter 07-51

Unless I'm looking in the wrong place, the last I saw on the FCC's website was dated 12/23/2009.  Has there been any documented actions taken since then?

The FCC had not made any new decisionons since the rulling 2 years ago. The report and order requested comments to extend the ban to PCO, DBS, Exclusive Agreements and the infamous Bulk billing. I just saw some comments on the docket for this month. The FCC curently have 07-51 in circulation this just mean that they are reviewing the case. This is why is SO IMPORTANT that you file comments and express your situation.

To read comments go to http://fjallfoss.fcc.gov/ecfs/comment_search/input?z=v6vcy proceeding 07-51
